One of the most important preparations done by a Chosson and Kallah during their engagement is learning the Halachos and Hashkafos of Taharas Hamishpacha. The education that they receive during this time provides the foundation and framework on which their marriage will be built.
In תשפ"ב the Badatz of Crown Heights announced the launch of "Machon Taharas Habayis" to provide a high-quality training and accreditation program to Chosson teachers. The goal is to ensure that each Chosson enters marriage with proper tools to build a healthy, Chassidishe home with the foundations of Halacha and our hashkofa as chassidim. They will also be able to turn to their Chosson teacher for resources and guidance in a variety of typical situations that frequently come up.
